Palm City

Palm City is located in southeast Florida.  Palm City is between the edge of Martin county and Saint Lucie county - west of Stuart. Palm City is 13.91 square miles of land area and 2.63 square miles of water area. The city has become quite popular with retirees, locals and people moving to the area for work alike.  There are many well established golfing communities and many other communities that offer a whole array of amenities. 

The city has been growing and as such as of 2010 the total Palm City population was 23,120, and has grown 15.04% since 2000. Though it is growing, the population growth rate is lower than the state average rate of 17.64%.   On average, the public school district that covers Palm City is much better than the state average in quality.
